Budy, this is really tricky!! Its hard to believe that someone would open a website and register it just to scam job seekers. Anyways, I just googled the number stated in that mail and it appears on a list of numbers noted as having been used for scam. u may want to google it urself. Im not saying run, Im simply saying becareful. All the best...
