Requirements A good first degree/ HND in any discipline. 6-10 years cognate post graduation experience in structured environment (preferably within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry; 3-4 years of which should be at managerial level. MBA in Marketing or General Management strongly desirable. In-depth knowledge of FMCG industry and related best practice in sales, marketing, distribution and promotional activity. Strong knowledge of best practices and experience of Benchmarking with emerging markets similar to the Nigerian context.
