Mor4Less Limited is a New Retail Chain outlet in Nigeria, our goal is to distinguish ourselves by continually providing high quality goods and services to our customers.

In Line with this goal, we seek to hire an experienced and committed head of operations to drive the operations with particular emphasis on meeting our customer need and growing the chain.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement strategies
· Carryout customer need analysis &
· Analyse market trends and propose an appropriate response these trends.
· Lead and motivate Sales team for high performance which should translate to targets.
· Ensure that Financial Objectives are meet.
· Organise and participate in Training of retail staff across all operations
· Coordinate Research & Communication and feedback between management, suppliers, retail team and customers
· Responsible for Defining and maintaining retails standards
· Responsible for monitoring Maintenance activities within our stores
· Liaise with management to appropriately deploy necessary operational manpower
· Responsible for regulatory compliances


Qualification and Requirements
Minimum of 5 year experience in a similar organisation with structure and a minimum of 2 years managing people and operations
Retail and Fr management experience is compulsory

Salary from : 1,8000,000 - 2,200,000 p/a
