Regional Sales Manager Needed At Oil and Gas Manufacturing and Services Company

The oil and gas equipment manufacturing and services company seeks to recruit a hardworking,assertive and result-oriented for role of regional sales manager at their Lagos office.
The regional sales manager(RSM) mission is accomplished through the development and implementation of detail regional sales activities which entails the maximization of the year over year growth, market share and sales target in the assigned region.
They will also help to develop and execute an annual regional plan, manage and deploy resources within the region, drive competitor awareness local market comprehension and its profitable maximization, current and future product/service offering awareness and most importantly complete local client need understanding and desires.
Requirement:
>A good B.S or B.Eng degree.
>12+ years of related industry experience or close product sales and business development
>Availability to travel 60-70% required.
>Availability to speak and write French and English.
>Demonstrated ability to self effectively.
>Availability to utilize key software including:Oracle&CIRS.
>Consistently a top sales performer.
