Recruitment by dragnet for an institute

I saw this just now in the guardian newspapers ,page 74. Dragnet is recruiting

CIPM GRADUATE TRAINEE SCHEME

TO QUALIFY APPLICANTS MUST;

BS.c or its equivalent with at least second class hons in social/ management science and other related discipline
must hv at least 5 subjects including maths and english in ssce/gce at one or 2 sittings.
not more than 28years by 1st january 2012 and hv concluded nysc
must be analytical, with superb numerical, excellent communications and inter personal skills.

i would really like to know the real administrators of this site, so when VPRINCE posted something insultive, they did not delete, but when i replied him , immediately, they removed my comment. What partial administrators we have on this site!
