Our bank is a leading microfinance bank in the North West. As a result of expansion and further restructuring we are inviting application from suitable candidates for the under listed vacant positions:

Business Development Manager: Ref:BDM/01/12

Qualifications:
B. Sc./HND in Marketing or related field with at least 5 years managerial experience in Banking-preferably microfinance. Knowledge of computer is compulsory.

Head Internal Control: Ref: HIC/02/12

Qualifications:
B. Sc. /HND in Accounting with at least 5 years experience in Auditing in a Banking environment-preferably microfinance. ICAN is an added advantage. Knowledge of computer is compulsory.

Financial Controller: Ref:FC /03/12

Qualifications:
B.Sc. /HND in Accounting/Banking and Finance with at least 5 years related experience . ICAN is of great emphasis. Knowledge of computer is compulsory.

Head Loan Monitoring: Ref: HLM/04/12

Qualifications:
B. Sc. /HND in Accounting, Economics or other related courses with Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field at any banking institution -preferably microfinance. ICAN is an added advantage. Knowledge of computer is compulsory.

Head Debt Recovery: Ref: HDR/05/12

Qualifications:
LLB in Law (must have graduated from the law school) with Minimum 3 years experience in relevant job function. Knowledge of computer is compulsory.

Debt Recovery Officers: Ref: DRO/06/12

Qualifications:
LLB in Law (must have graduated from the law school) with Minimum 1 years NYSC experience in relevant job function. Knowledge of computer is compulsory.

Legal Officer: Ref: LO/07/12

Qualifications:
LLB in Law (must have graduated from the law school) with Minimum 3 years experience in relevant job function. Knowledge of computer is compulsory

Human Resource Officers: Ref: HRO/08/12

Qualifications:
ND in any social science courses with Minimum 1 years experience in relevant job function. Knowledge of computer is compulsory.

Relationship Managers: Ref: RM/09/12

Qualifications:
ND in any social science course with Minimum 1 year experience in relevant job function. Knowledge of computer is compulsory.

Head Credit: Ref: HC/10/12

Qualifications:
B. Sc. /HND in Accounting, Economics or other related courses with Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field at any banking institution -preferably microfinance. Knowledge of computer is compulsory.

Head of Operations: Ref: HOP/11/12

Qualifications:
A first degree in Business administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting or any other Social Sciences.
Minimum of 5 years experience in banking

Head of Risk: Ref: HOR/12/12

Qualifications:
A first degree in Business administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting or any other Social Sciences.
Minimum of 5 years experience in banking

Head of IT: Ref: HIT/13/12

Qualifications:
A first degree in Computer Science.
Minimum of 2 years experience in banking

Customer Service Officers: Ref: HIT/14/12

Qualifications:
ND in Banking and Finance or other relevant courses.
Minimum of 2 years experience in banking
All Candidates must also have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent team spirit and ability to perform under minimal supervision
And willing to work in Kano State
