Job Title: Technical Solution Sales Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description:

  • The Sales Manager plays an integral part in the revenue generation by leading their team to sell solutions from our extensive technology portfolio to solve their clients’ business and IT needs.
  • The Sales Manager builds relationships internally and is responsible for developing deeper business relationships with our clients executives and staff.
  • The Sales Manager focuses particular attention on selling IT solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Through Interface and discussion to capture customer requirements and present the relevant technical solution at customer
  • visits, presentations and other follow up meetings.
  • Where relevant to identify key revenue generating opportunities for products and services to customers either direct or through the Sales team for the financial benefit of the company.
  • To write technical Requirement Specifications which meet customer requirements and translate these accurately to the delivery and development team/other in MN and/or suppliers for implementation.
  • To act as the project manager for projects focused ondelivering non standard applications or solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to the agreed specification and within budget.
  • To update all parties on progress on a regular and pre agreed project basis.
  • Where required - to review technology/service offerings/products with internal and external parties as part of any evaluation or development process


Competencies Required:

  • A first degree in Computer Science,Computer Engineering or Business related fields
  • Successful experience of B2B customer interface environment.
  • Experience of business-to-business Sales and business development process.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of five(5) years experience selling softwares and solutions.
