What wrong with this people self, people have done ability test, i didnt even get invite for ability, not even a mail saying i wasnt successful, yet they sent someone telling him he didnt make the test. me am so confused here

i have an issue with recruiters keep mute on applicants. imagine writing dragnet test/ ability test and still one wasnt and wont be contacted to tell him/her he didnt make it. that rude. yesterday at charm city they were writing union bank test. dont know if its second stage on what.... na God go help us
