Procedure.
Staff Turnover.
Head Count.
Assessment Tools.
Prepare Letter of Offers.
Training and Development.
HR Database.
Monthly Reports.
Review and Create Job
Specifications.
Manage Disciplines Procedure.
Monitor that the HR Policies
and Procedures are followed
by the HR Team.
Qualification:
BA/B.Com Degree (Human
Resources) HR Diploma
5 Years HR Supervisory
Experience
ISO 9000 Experience would be
an advantage
