Job Description

We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill this position.

Reports to: Head, Business Support Group.
Subordinates: Production Officers, Logistics Officers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Managing and scheduling facilitators.
Coordinating and supervising production and logistics staff.
Ensuring timeliness in the production of course materials.
Quality control of all out-bound training materials.
Venue management and coordinating all programmes.
Coordinating the, production, packaging, updating and maintenance of training/course materials.
Collating and Production of internal and external reports mainly evaluations, grading and collating test scripts and reports from facilitators.
Producing timely and value added reports to clients in respect of each training assignment executed.
Cost management of the production process.
Training facilitation.

Qualifications/Experience:
Ability to write comprehensive reports.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) – emphasis on Excel & Word.
Willingness and ability to learn fast.
Ability to communicate clearly and comprehend instructions in English (oral and written).
Hardworking.
Gives attention to detail.
Specialization; Planning Logistics, Managing Faculty, Writing Reports and Course Facilitation.
Minimum Qualification; B.Sc/HND (MBA and Project Management Certification will be an advantage).
Required Experience; 3-8 years.
Age; 25-33 Years.
