• Track records of successful project delivery
• daily management and control of site activities bot main and subcontractors
• project reporting and stakeholders interface
• coordination of site meetings
• excellent knowledge of construction budget
• project monitoring and control (time,cost, quality, risk and scope)
• Overall HSE, QC/QA on site
• IT proficiency in Autocad, Ms project management is essential

Qualification:

• degree in construction related field civil engineering mechanical, electrical
• Project management certification
• Professional membership will be an added advantage
• 7-12 years experience

Job Position: Business development Manager
Job Description:

• Creating and analyzing and planning marketing development business initiatives
• monitoring strategic market trends and reporting competition
• ability to prepare reports so that to make decision
• preparing and managing marketing budget
• monitoring customers preference to determine sales focus
• resolving customers complains regarding sales or services
• regularly reviewing and assessing sales performance so as to achieve sales target

Qualification:

• Degree in marketing business administration public relation or related field
• demonstrating strong marketing skills and advertising
• proven track record of developing and executing business strategies successfully
• excellent communication skills, interpersonal and persuasive skills
• processional certification will be an added advantage
• 7-12 years experience
