Production manager in a bakery
We are urgently looking for intelligent and innovative, entrepreneurial individuals to join our sales and marketing team.
VACANCY – PRODUCTION MANAGER
THE JOB
You need to be a confident, well presented and a well spoken person. You’ll be the face of the company to our customers and as such need to be focused on ensuring excellent customer service. You’ll be expected to manage the overall Production Unit in the Confectionary Company as well as pitching for new business. You will also take ownership of orders from point of sale, liaising with Sales & Marketing Manager and Bakery Staff/ technicians.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A Male/ Female graduate with BSC or HND
Have an interest in or ability in Production of Bread with minimum of 3 years Exp
Be familiar with MS Windows & Office solutions (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Be a team player with experience in a Bakery company
Be well spoken (able to articulate yourself clearly and confidently)
Be very presentable
Be entrepreneurial and driven
Be a LEADER
Be HONEST
