Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for sales & marketing of Building Materials in the assigned region.
Negotiation with suppliers/traders for purchase of building materials
Led import and trading of all kinds of building materials
Executed trading business operations encompassing Sales, Purchase and Imports
Drafted Market Report of Domestic Pricing & Market Intelligence on competitor stocks & strategy
Meticulously coordinated with Banks, Clearing Agents and Port Authorities for import clearance, port loading and transportation of imported materials to warehouse and customers
Administered the entire importation process including documentation, custom clearance, port activities and transportation
Efficiently conducted market survey on pricing, competitor strategy, thus enabling planning of the business strategies
