my broda, there are 'right' answers o0, and those particular 'right' options are the ones the hiring companies are looking for..not the other 'right' ones! The challenge now is knowing the more 'right' competences the company is searching for in its graduates. A good way to know is to check their corporate website to see their work ethics and values!....

I went for mainstreet bank interview in march, but we havent been contacted. i called the HR, but i was told dey havnt bn directed by management to recruit yet
i think ?† really all about ur consistency in answering the questions. As graduate trainee, u will be placed in A????? department where u can use ur strengths effectively. They ask the same questions in different ways. Its ur consistency in giving the same answers wen des questions are framed differently dat matters... In otherwords, all the answers are actually right.

Yeah, and we be expecting their next stage, those assessment questions were seriously psychic only God knows what they are searching for cos in some of the questions they just narrow you down to a stand still that you just have to say something to move ahead, anyway sha God pass them!
