Beloved Housemats,pls i know i shudn't have posted this message here but pls i'm seriously in need of help as my Yahoomail is refusing 2 open. It kept telling me "wrong ID/Password and i have used that particular mail address 4 somany things,xpecially 2 forward my CV and i have somany unread messages and spam messages. I've 4gotten my test question and answer that i used when opening it. Pls what shud i do plssssssssss,very urgent.
try changing ur password,thru a computer,nt a mobile phone.Go to forgotten password or help on d sign in page,u wuld see were u can change password.
hey, there is no need of changing password, thats how it happens if yahoo suspects foulplay, its for security purpose so others dont av unauthorised access to ur mail ok, all u need to do is to login after 24 hours and remember typing pw is case sensitive so watch that. Safe.
if u think 24 hrs is late then u can change ur password. I gave u that option so u can retain ur password. Yahoo assumes unauthorized access if ure retrying login in for more than three times thru extremely slow netwrk.
Thank u so very much guys,i really appreciate ur response but the fact is that i've been xperincing it now 4 over one week so the idea of waiting 4 24hours didn't work. Also i've tried the other option of using "Yahoo help" 2 see if i retrieve my password but it's not working even i went through Yahoo Messenger it still did not work. Pls what else can i do,it's really important i get it back. One love.
