Scope
The candidate will work with a full time manager to carry out researches in African markets.

Success Driver Expectations:

Understands the final business objectives and identifies / creates effective solutions to achieve them. Acts as consultant and adviser to more senior managers / business partners.
• Collaboration: Builds internal and external networks to promote own and/or team effectiveness.
• Communication Skills: Able to make effective presentations/written communications that result in transfer of knowledge and influence / support to the decision making processes.
• Capability Building: Able to demonstrate independence and pro-activity in both building own capabilities and those around them.
• Embraces Change: "Grow Africa" is a very big project and being worked in a very dynamic environment. Candidate should be agile to changes and able to move themselves and their organization forward with speed. They should also be comfortable working in an organization where you need to make fast decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification of a Bachelors' degree or equivalent with good academic results.
• Good Written and Oral English Skills
• Proven Demonstration of Leadership and Analytical Skills.

Other Requirements
Languages: Speaks English Fluently, ability to communicate French will also be an advantage

please house i need help with adding my educational details,i couldn't find my polytechnic there and they said i should select not in list but am not seeing such link to click, so i can move on to the next stage and add my cv and complete the application,what should i do?..... please help

jst go to d space provided, put NOT IN LIST and search it. It wil kum out, select it and move on.

M thru with the application process. My concern now is whether we are supposed to do the online assessments immediately or wait for them to get back to us. I initially saw a link to do the success driver assessment immediately i submitted my application but I wasn't ready so I ignored it. Now, I cant find it anywhere. Is this normal?
