A well established IT firm due to expansion in its business activities requires the services of self motivated and target driven FEMALE for the Position of Personal Assistance.

Qualification and Requirements:

Must possess OND, NCE or NYSC in any discipline.
Possess excellent communication skills - writing and speaking.
Be result oriented and ready to meet set targets
Be well organized and a good team player
Possess the ability to work under minimal supervision


Responsibilities:

Responsible for undertaking day to day office support activities to include but not limited to telephony, emails, couriers and supplies.
To provide assistance in preparing documents and reports
Manage website contents
