Job responsibilities
• To provide administrative support to Company’s core business operations in all areas of the business functions, general clerical, receptionist and project based work.
• Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction
• Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences

• Provide tactical assistance to departments/units in the implementation of their individual strategies and plans in relation to administrative assistant
• Maintain office supply need inventories
• Assist with the daily operational requirements for smooth opening, running and closing of the office Manage attendance log.
• Develop, organize and maintain an office filing system for easy retrieval of documents
• Assist with company inventory management
• Maintain office logs on diesel/petrol usage, employee attendance
• Maintain records, reports and statistics for administrative purpose
