SALES EXECUTIVE
JOB FUNCTION
Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new customers
  • Maintaining of current customers
  • Ensure that customers order are produced and delivered on time
  • Credit control/Debt collection
  • Carry out market intelligence and research
  • Ensure after sales service
  • Report writing

Qualification/Requirements:

  • B.Sc./HND in Marketing or print technology
  • Minimum of 5 Years post qualification experience in sales and Marketing
  • Must possess excellent communication,
  • Good Organisational and interpersonal skills

PRODUCTION PLANNING / QC MANAGER
JOB FUNCTION

  • overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
  • ensuring that the production is cost effective;
  • making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
  • working out the human and material resources needed;
  • drafting a timescale for the job;
  • estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
  • monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
  • being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
  • monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes;
  • liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
  • working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
  • ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
  • supervising and motivating a team of workers;
  • reviewing worker performance;
  • Identifying training needs.



QUALIFICATION

  • B.Sc./HND in Production engineering or related discipline
  • A related professional affiliation is desirable
  • 5-10 years working experience in production planning/QC in a reputable Manufacturing company, preferably in a printing/packaging company

IMPORT/LOGISTICS OFFICER
JOB FUNCTION

  • Plan the transfer and storage of products from one place to another
  • Provide technical support to field officers
  • Implement best clearing and forwarding practices
  • Review existing logistics method and suggest any betterment as required
  • Design, implement all contracts that are required for the management of the warehousing system
  • Defend company standards
  • Develop methods of tracking products available in warehouse
  • Any other activity as required

QUALIFICATION

  • B.Sc./HND in material management, business administration or other related discipline
  • A related professional affiliation is desirable
  • 5-7 years working experience
  • Be conversant with Microsoft office suit (i.e excel)

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Must be young and self motivated
  • Excellent writing, communication, organizational and interpersonal skill is a must
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Be able to train others
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian import and export system
  • Be a team player
