HEAD OFFICE
SALES EXECUTIVE
JOB FUNCTION
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new customers
- Maintaining of current customers
- Ensure that customers order are produced and delivered on time
- Credit control/Debt collection
- Carry out market intelligence and research
- Ensure after sales service
- Report writing
Qualification/Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing or print technology
- Minimum of 5 Years post qualification experience in sales and Marketing
- Must possess excellent communication,
- Good Organisational and interpersonal skills

PRODUCTION PLANNING / QC MANAGER
JOB FUNCTION
- overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
- ensuring that the production is cost effective;
- making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
- working out the human and material resources needed;
- drafting a timescale for the job;
- estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
- monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
- being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
- monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes;
- liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
- working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
- ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
- supervising and motivating a team of workers;
- reviewing worker performance;
- Identifying training needs.
QUALIFICATION
- B.Sc./HND in Production engineering or related discipline
- A related professional affiliation is desirable
- 5-10 years working experience in production planning/QC in a reputable Manufacturing company, preferably in a printing/packaging company

IMPORT/LOGISTICS OFFICER
JOB FUNCTION
- Plan the transfer and storage of products from one place to another
- Provide technical support to field officers
- Implement best clearing and forwarding practices
- Review existing logistics method and suggest any betterment as required
- Design, implement all contracts that are required for the management of the warehousing system
- Defend company standards
- Develop methods of tracking products available in warehouse
- Any other activity as required
QUALIFICATION
- B.Sc./HND in material management, business administration or other related discipline
- A related professional affiliation is desirable
- 5-7 years working experience
- Be conversant with Microsoft office suit (i.e excel)
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Must be young and self motivated
- Excellent writing, communication, organizational and interpersonal skill is a must
- Good negotiation skill
- Be able to train others
- Good knowledge of Nigerian import and export system
- Be a team player
