It's true the online registration will start on the 24th of this month and it will last march this year. minimum of 2nd class upper is the qualification 4 the Navy short service.

I don't really blame them 4 selling scratch cards. It's due 2 the high rate of unemployment. I rem those days that only ppl who had passion 4 the Navy and Nigerian military applied 4 such vacancies. Now unemployment has made it such that ppl who don't even know if Navy r those in water or those in the air will apply 4 a Navy advert. Even with scratch cards the no. of applicants will still b 2 much 2 handle, imagine if there was no scratch card, and it was free 4 all. I'm sure even ppl from Ghana and Cameroon will apply, lol..
