NGO Job, Your urgent opinion

I got this written interview invitation(NGO job), it reads: congrats wit ref to ur recent applicatn u ve bn shortlisted for a written interview on Dec15 @ Mr Biggs off Oba Akran ikj, pls note you would be required to register wit N1000 to write d test. Come wit ur cv, 1passport and a pen thank u. I must have applied for this job though but dis is d invitation i got, do u think its genuine? av u had any experience wit this ngo? Shud i go? Thanks.

Why Would employers want you to pay to Write a Job Test ... Its Not Real guy .. There is a Red Flag ...
