Strategic Leadership
High level Negotiation skills and Stakeholder interface
Framing, exploration and execution of business strategy
Budgeting and achievement of revenue/budget forecasts
Development of the organizational structure in Nigeria & west Africa
Implementation of the organizations approved operational plans
Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the organizations internal processes
Ensure optimal management of the company’s financial, human and material resources
Responsibility for overall operation in agreed geographical areas and adherence to global and local service standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Co-ordinate day to day activities of the company

Desired Skills and Experience
A graduate in Engineering
An MBA and/or a relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage
Minimum of 15 years cognate experience, Seven of which must be at a top management position in a recognized corporate organization globally.
Knowledge and insights of current trends in the power sector and innate ability to lead the development of critical infrastructure/projects and create new business platforms.
