To further strengthen its operational capabilities and business practices, the company is seeking to hire a business advisory and training specialist into the role of: Consultant, Advisory Services
JoB Title: Consultant, Advisory Services
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Advisory, you will be responsible for the design and development of the company’s training program as well as provide high-level consultancy services to the company’s clients. In this capacity you will be expected to:

Provide external viewpoints, analyzing the client's requirements to come up with detailed and appropriate business solutions.
Recommend ways to reduce costs and increase profits by examining areas like financial transactions, productivity, technology, and training.
Build the company’s training business by acquiring new clients and resuscitate old clients.
Develop, implement, administer and maintain training management systems for the company’s clients.
Organize, develop and facilitate training workshops/programs to meet specific training needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree qualified in social sciences or any business related discipline with
3-5 years’ experience in a consulting company with relevant responsibilities or equivalent experience.A relevant post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
Effective interpersonal skills including organization and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and/or manage client engagements, including accountability for client deliverables.
Track-record of successful completion of a project especially designing and facilitating training workshops/programs
