Frm a veri reliable source, d delay is due to d fact dat Ndlea had it in mind 2 release 2,000 names along d line, elde states men,senators,traditional rulers and members of the house of assenble submitted a list wit 1,500 candidate who shuld b given immediate employment even witout undergoin d fitness test. So d problem on ground is dat d D/G of Ndlea returned d list sayin he cnt grant their request. Presently he has suspended d whole tin 4 nw bcos he was threatened dt he will lose his job if he doesn't grant d so called strong men's listm.
