NDIC -INTERVIEW AND PAY(What to expect and get?)

This whole thing about manipulation is worrisome. What I don’t understand is if they bringing in new people apart from those that have gone through the recruitment process right from the start. If that is the case, why are they wasting peoples’ time and subjecting them to pass through the rigorous process if they know they are going to do their manipulations at the end of the day? Why should they invest a lot of money (consulting through FITC) if they know mediocrity rather than meritocracy will be the order at the end of the day?

Anyway, God dey and only time will tell............

I read my bible yesterday n hear wot it says "I know my Redeemer lives n in d end he wil stand upon d earth". God is nt asleep. He didnt bring us dis far 2 abandon us. He wil only allow man 2 play bt in d end,God's list wil b published. At times he may stimulate processes 2 sack n break d powers of d big players so dat their positns, anoda wil take. House tanks 4 everything cos it's through u that i got to know of these application but now I'm confused which to choose btw NCCA/NDIC. I hav already collected the appointment leta of NCAA and I'm very optimistic about NDIC

Ha ha guy, wit ur overflowing optimism, ur hope of gettin NDIC may b dashed at d end of d day. So, if I wer d one I'd jst go wit NCAA and if eventually I get NDIC and can get out of NCAA to NDIC so be it. So, I'l advise u to do same.
Some of us wit good results wer not even cald 4apt test. But u got d job. Be wise and b grateful to God and gun after d NCCA job. Period.

Nigeria will never develop untill we learn to put merit in every aspect of our lives.we want to be like America but fail to act like a country that wants to develop.for how long will those over zealous lobbyists and politicians,all of them believe in God remember,stop all these nonsense? i did not apply for this job but my heart bleeds anytime i read something pathetic.we should all pray fervently to God to save us since we cant get what belongs to us freely again-mans inhumanity to man,isnt it?

@ Isreal, pls can u give the address where u took ur appointment letter for NCAA job? I also wrote the test but reside in Rivers State so its been quite difficult getting correct info as to where to check for the letters. Thank u.

Guys d NDIC list is out bt not officially. Som1 told me on Friday dat a colleague of his has been informed dat his name is on d list as DM. Anoda friend of mine called me on fone 2 tell me dat som1 4rm NDIC called his friend while dey were 2geda 2 ask him abt his full name & oda details so dat he can check it in d list. Dis means dat som pple who hav connectn already kno dia position. It is only pple lyk us dat will die of anxiety until d list is made public. God dey sha!

I ve been a silent reader al dis while,now is my time to say somtin.Som people talkd abt godfathers n mothers,i belive in God's favor. There ar people who wil stil get dis job on merit. I rememba what i was told by d interviewer after d interview,dat i shud pray 4 my name to b on d list.

I decided to watch and praise! Pls, for those that know my father, pls help me tell him in your quiet time to forgive one of my misdeeds recently, I go off course at times, but as humans, who can ever be straight all the days of his life, so pls don't forget to tell him about how sorry I am.I'll strive not to go down that way again, his grace being my strenght&his guidance being my directions.

As per NDIC....
I want to strongly believe the list is unofficial accessible to some people, as some people are claimimg to check whether thier names are on the list or not. How true this is, am not sure.

what's happening, where is dbest, celemel, lawals, adori, gydo, nasir, lucky, club1, rotex........ It's well o!! what is the latest o! Like I heard, it's like the list is unofficially accessible to some few, but no more as at yesterday. i heard the pressure became too much and mgt took the list into hiding until all mgt preps are concluded prior to d successful candidates' names dispatching (by what means, i dont know-phone, emails, texts???)
I have a feeling, things will unfold sooner than we think.

In the meantime, keep busy!!- a sure remedy for anxiety. lolll! it is well.

I've tried my best. I think its time i just let go and let God.then again God helps those who help themself.the thing is am not working presently not because i cant find a job,but i've refused to do the ones i'm being offer.i've called and called and called and if not for my social dairy being full i'd be in abj now.until last week when i was told the list is out and it keeps changing,i was 80% sure of this job.but now i dont know.i hope one or some,if not all of the regulars on here gets the job.

@gydo since you now know that your name is on the list, can you help to confirm when they will release the list or better still how long do we have to still wait?

Mr lawal incase u dont understand mr gyado's write up, he is simply claiming it and biliving NDIC by faith.as u can see it, he said there is power in positiv pronouncement.he is indirectly tellin us that when u biliv and trust in God for anythin it shal com to pass.
@gyado i am tapping into pronouncement as a point of contact coz i also biliv in positiv proclamation.for as long as Baba is on his heavenly throne,he wil neva disapoint me.

Iv been following dis post right frm the beginning & even though I hav a reliable source at the top mgt of NDIC & FCC, I decided to keep mute until the last hour & now its the time. House, iv seen the list. Its not true that the list was being subjected to alteration after it has been duly approved by the board of NDIC & Federal Character Commission about some weeks ago.I can assure u all that 80-90% of the exercise is on merit as the total number to be recruited is 150 and each state is having the top 4 making the list with few States(say 6) having 2 slots. Do the maths. Average of the 1st test,2nd test & the interview was used. Successful candidates to be contacted b4 end of dis week. My dear House members, U cant have a more reliable,authoritative information than this coz iv seen the list myself

i guess i got carried away by the first statement and did not even bother to read the rest, but since you said your name is on the list by faith i guess, so shall it be for you, me and every other person who has been praying and wishing to have a career in NDIC. Meet you @ NDIC

I have to admit that your post is full of life. In fact it is one of the most interesting posts that I have read since the beginning of this thread. I only need some clarification about your claim on how the slots are being shared.

Does it mean they are not based on department? For instance if the top 4 candidates in a particular state have taken slots as bank examiners is that going to affect the chance of another candidate from d same state in another department say media relations? I don’t know if my question is clear.

At any rate, we will keep our fingers cross and hope to hear the phone beeps and positive testimonies in the next 48 hours.

Answer Club1's inquiries so he can fire his questions, i guess these intelligent questions are necessary to help us add our 1+1 together to make informed guesses so that will we not be in total ignorance as to whats going on, this may help in giving us an inkling into what's going on there at Abuja.

@fusco.....i've done the math and it doesnt add up.if all the 36 states plus abj u'll get 148.so ur claim of some states having 2 ppl does not make sense except some states have more than 4.another thing is,from what i gathered the list is only accessibly by the board of NDIC and FCC,so how u take see the list?them do photocopy for u?abi u dey work there?how are u sure the successful ones will be called this week?

@clubone05....U dnt expect the number to be exactly 150. All I know is dat no State is having more than 4 with some 2(eg Kano,Akwa Ibom etc). The merit list IS 130+ u should know that the balance to make up the 150 will be few slots distributed among the top guys. As I said earlier my sorce is sum1 at the top of NDIC so dnt doubt my seeing the list.

@dbest....All I know is that the list is based on the average performance of top candidates per state. I dnt know how thet balance that againt vacancies

Don't suffer in that believe that the list is accessible to the mgt only, i know for sure some people that have had their names checked for them when the list was still with NDIC HR@Abj, now it has. I for one, do not have anybody to do that for me, I'm hoping that between tomorrow and Friday as claimed by Fusco, the list contents will be public.

T-cann....its not that i dont believe the info.after all i was the first person to say here that the list is out.like u said ppl have had ppl check their names for them,not see the list themself.if we to be contacted this week the guys at HR will have that list by now.i know the venues for the inductions but i'm sworn to secrecy and that info is of very little value.what i'm trying to say is 2weeks ago i said we will get notification by 23rd of last month.i said this because my name was on that list.i was the same person that said the list is based on merit,i'm telling u guys now that its no longer on merit.i wont say anything again.

After two years your appointment will be confirmed that is when the big pay & other benefits start coming.

You will be entitled to terminal benefits, Housing Allowance, Upfront.. etc.

As a confirmed staff, you can take loan from other banks use it for your pressing needs, u can also take Mortgage facilities from FMBN for your house. You can go on annual leave, get your leave allowance.

One of their functions is supervision of banks who knows if you will meet Top officials of other banks and switch over?

A list of about 130+ candidates that was based on merit(per state),duly ratified & approved by the board(with each member having a copy), duly endorsed by FCC(also having a copy) will not be altered. If they had that intention, they would have done their manupulation earlier b4 presenting the list. So, I disagree in STRONG TERMS ur claim of the list being changed. My source that iv been talking about is a close family relation and has a copy of the final approved merit list which he showed me. At this juncture I humbly wish to inform all House Members that by the Grace of Almighty Allah my name has made the list(Bnk Examiner).Infact, thats why he showed me the list coz he was really impressed and anxious to break the good news to me. I wish all of u the best, See u at the top

N.B- The list we r talking about is merit list containing about 130+ names per state, all states r having top 4 candidates with the exception of about 5-6 states having only top 2. Expectedly, they hav 2 reserve some slots to be distributed among the who is who as no recruitment exercise will be 100% based on merit. But if they r recruiting a total of 150 as I was informed by my reliable source and the merit list stood at 130+, was'nt that about 90% based on merit?

@Fusco,the list you saw,was it for Management Assistance position or for all the grades?,and did you apply for an MA position?
