I just got off the phone with a friend now who's a NDIC hopeful himself.
After telling me some of his ordeals and call trackings of what's happening at NDIC HQ, with pple he knew&had worked with as an IT there,
We both came to the conclusion that the process has been raped of merit and compromised. He had earlier checked and confirmed his name to be on the list but now, those office who typed the letter couldn't tell him o ha, that his name most likely is not on the list again.
I guess the people who were allegedly&probably slotted in will have passed the stages of the exercise too but probably they know people who could help them get their names onto the letter stage.
I don't know how am feeling presently until the thingy's clear.but I have a strong affirmation in my spirit that my letter is there, wherever it is&that i'll collect it.

@ T-Cann, If someone has asked me who will be among the first set to receive letters I would have said Fusco going by the revelations on this thread but now I am dumbfounded. I dont know what to say. But surely we are getting to the end of the drama....

@all, wtout being pessimistic, i wld nt b suprised if it turns out dt only ppl wt connection wl eventualy b employed by NDIC. considerin d unwarranted delay couple wt d caliber of ppl who claim to av der letters,is like u nid to av an inside or godfada to get anythn 4rm NDIC. Nigeria is lost! If NDIC fails, i might consider a career in kidnapping. I thnk dts d only language our leaders undastand now. Dnt u thnk?

I am very sorry 4 d delayed reply. It was'nt intetional. It just dat I came back & found a large vol of work on my tabel even though I did'nt spend much tym at ndic hq. Trust banking job naow bt it will soon b ova by God's grace. I've gotten d letter & he also has 4 oda candidates 4rm his own state cos we r not 4rm d same state which I saw lyng on his table. Even while I was in his office, some of his candidates were still coming 2 collect theirs.

I was told that ndic will commence despatch of all d letters once they got approval. But I think d earlier one gets his letter d better cos u hav one month from d date of d letter 2 indicate acceptance after which d offer will b considered 2 hav elapsed & d letter is dated 7th July which means it will expire by 7th August .
There is dis bliv also dat ndic may end up employing a much higher number than earlier anticipated. So it is my prayer & hope dat every member of dis forum gets employed bcos we hav sufferred alot on this ndic recruitment. Stay bless everybody.

lol,guys don't worry.......letters plenty......MA positions plenty......dont worry....my source told me the letters were more than 350.....so we shall get called....NDIC mgt is the must useless mgt in Nigeria.......

You are a correct person, confirmed!
Fusco informed the house about the typing of the letters around mid-last week and here's someone live letter dated 7TH JULY, this corroborated his info firmly.
Thank you for the selflessness to this house, also is the info of our bros like teadewole, nuelmae,patty and others,I personally appreciate your efforts here, nobody will pay you buy am sure your efforts will not go unrewarded!

Where is clubby, lucky, gizzy, et al;what's happening, my voice seems to be a lone voice in the desert. Or has boiz collected their letters behind ni? The letters are out and this place should be activity filled by our commrades that stood and waited long with us in this but its like its the opposite, people are not responding much like the waiting days!
Where is adori, gydo, nasir, and others. E bi like say boiz don collect letter behind o!

Thank God It has come to pass.Someone called me this afternoon saying that i should come for my letter 2moro.The Lord has done it for me.He said he saw the name and knew i was from his state and put the call across.Blessed be the name of the Lord

This whole process is realy ridiculous...
@mak4real, can u advise where u did d interview? was it indicated on the letter where (location) u wil resume? d 4 letters u saw on d man's table are they the only 4 candidates from his state?
Once again congrats to those that have collected their letters and also good luck to those of us still hoping...But will actually intrest us at this point is pple that collect their letters from the courier and not from godfather...

I have been trying to figure out the reason why NDIC has decided to hand deliver some letters rather than send all together at once,I came up with two likely reasons
1. To reduce Cost- Courier cost nowadays is sky rocketing,if we consider the cost to deliver the letters to every part of the country,it would definitely be cost saving to hand deliver some to connected people.
2. Different List- We all know that this was happening anyway,probably they now decided to distribute those on the list of connected first and then proceed to the list of the those 'not connected'.
In both situation,am thinking by next week we should have news of people receiving letters.

I cant realy say much about ur second point but the first one was totally baseless. That justification can not hold any water...
Remember FITC sent IV letters for the 1st n 2nd tests and the list was several thousands more than this one.I dont think it wil cost more than 2k to send each letter to any part in naija. Remember that this same NDIC paid 2.5k to each candidates for attending the interview. Even at that, a mere sms to alert succesful candidates is enough, people would not mind going to their office anhywhere in naija to collect the letters. NDIC can also send the letters to their branches and pple can pick it up there. I believe they are just doing what they like but I am definatley sure the end to the drama has come. We now know the exact date of resumption so weda dey like it or not all succesful candidates would have been notified by then...stil kipin my fingers crossed anyway....

We are definately not in their heads, so all we can do is guess,it could be the reason or it may not be the reason,but surely there is a REASON for delaying the distribution.

sure u re right jahhelps..there is a reason for d delay but i tel u d reason is no more dan nepotism, favouratism, coruption, insincerity and any other bad things u can think of in a public sector...

NDIC is useless,with all the reforms going in the financial sector,i told guys before that ur 2:1s will sit at home while insider 3rd class will start work....but i thank GOD.....i told u guys about the lobbyist......i did this from the start.....................its rubbbish.....

@ Predestined..it is rili important that u shed more light as requested by jahhelps as no info can be afford to be taken for granted at this moment and we do not want to have more anxieties bein unnecessarili added to the ones already on ground...

It is true, if you have been shortlisted for employment.
You will surely get your letter, except of course you live where there is extreme difficulty in tracing your address. OR You have moved or changed ur location.
It may take one week or more though but it will surely get to the address you filled during the Interview.

this country has turned to something else a protocol officer of NDIC whom attended a cousre with me in Lagos recently told me that he was given 8 letters yesterday to take it to the chairman of NDIC.he says up to this moment the list is still secret.

Thank you for your advise creationxt but I beg to disagree. It is not a matter of wanting to see tomorow.We are all human and I dont think anybody should blame us for our reactions.Nobody is cursing NDIC.Can you tel me where the transparency is? Wel, may be there is a new meaning to the word transparent. I dont know...

Guys relax cos letters have been dispatch yesterday ie (Wednesday). so hopefully does that are yet to collect their appointment letter will start receiving them from tomorrow ie (Friday) Insha Allah.

Sorry househt i didnt get it touch b4 now. collected my letter 2day.Also was priviledged to see the list.My Godsent helper told me mind was strictly on merit since i am chartered as well as have my MBA.It is 4 from each state.House it is real.Also i was told that all letters av been dispatched.The letter is not hidden anymore.Resumtion date is 16 Aug afta which the offer elapses.so HURRY

onmakpo,u cant have an MBA and be chartered and apply for MA position,u dont have to justified how u got in.....because we all now there is no merit list,so keep that one for ur pocket
