Alternatively, can i take the forms to my state liason office here in lagos for attestation? Pls guys respond let me know exactly what to do! I can imagine travelling down to the east. I mailed them now and they were telling me trash to adhear strictly to the rules.

Of course u can. That's part wat d liason offices ar there for. Just locate ur state's liason office in lag here,explain 2 d officers in charge,they wil sure sign it 4 u.

I'll get back to u. Guys i learnt the questions are drawn from gmat and general knowledge. So richest man, if i get u right, i have to start up with the application first before going to the bank?
