Your responsibilities will include:
Business Development
Relationship management
Managing and motivating sales executives
Driving new business sales
Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
Devises strategies and techniques necessary for improving sales
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
Good IT skills, all MS Office package, Excel, PP, Word etc
Strong attention to detail
Quick learner and organised approach to work
Candidates must have a degree in a social science related field
Must have at least 4 years working experience in business development/marketing/sales
Be proactive,energetic and can work with little or no supervision
