I still cannot submit. It kept the error message I keep getting is: "Please choose your state". I have chosen my state but still cannot submit. Someone, please, help

It's like they've discovered d problem cos the site has been 500 internal server error which possibly they are working on the server presently, hopefully later in d day i believe they could have solve d problem. Hope this helps
