    Nafdac printed form

    Pls did any one who applied for nafdag pring any form after the application cause i dint and i just saw some where that we are to print a form from our email.i dint get any mail but i was told the application was successful.please should i reapply and then print cause am kindof worried now.

    Please, am kind of confuse. Are we suppose to print form? I applied, and was told its successful, bt i did nt print any form. What are we suppose to do, reapply?

    Its not compalsory to print and you can only print before submitind dats if U̶̲̥̅ want which i did and a mail W̶̲̥̅̊il be sent to U̶̲̥̅ dat"Dear,
