opsy...its not an aptitude test.You'll be given a comprehension passage to type.Its just to test your typing skills.

all...I had my interview yesterday and it was ok.Some of d questions asked are:what is a smart fone?,what is a computer tablet?,what is d full meaning of WAP?,duties of a call centre agent,customer service skills and general interview questions.You will also be asked the name of the person who submitted your cv.All da best to y'all.

Congrats Canctuela, also got a call from 188 for confirmation of my data which i supplied but due to network problems i couldn't get the remaining information. Thanks to your posts, i have an idea of what the caller was trying to say and i guess the training venue is Apapa..i hope am right? Wouldn't be able to make it tommorrow cos am in Ph at the moment, should be leaving for Lag 2moro and would really appreciate if you can give me feedback via this forum tommorrow if there is also training on saturday..can't afford to miss two days..

But info that i gathered was that training is in batches & people that are shortlisted right now are people who reside in Lagos & who are not currently working, that those that are currently working would be given at least two weeks notification to enable them to finalized issues with their current Employers... BUT DON'T KNOW WHETHER THIS INFO IS RELIABLE O...
