When d recruitment was on, many pple were not on this forum and many were yet to pass out then.D applicatn was here posted.
i was @ d mtn cal center training in apapa for lyk 3weeks in May this year, the fact remains that PNN recruited us for MTN then, and since PNN is having a lot of isssues with MTN now, our reumption to work was cancelled, i guess,cos till now we have not bin called to resume
However, MTN has started calling MTn- Trained PNN applicants for anoda interview but this tym itz not goin to be CUSTOMER CARE CENTER(180) but CUSTOMER RELATION.
So if u re called , u will b interviewed in Ikoyi. pls pic 1 or 2 of ur training handout n revise as they wil want to ascertain if u had gone tru d trian which means they ask u little questions about SSP single service portal, quality control etc.
