Microspace Technologies Ltd an IT company is urgently in need of a Front Desk Officer

Requirement:
Ø Candidate must be an OND/NCE holder.
Ø Good oral and written communication skills.
Ø A computer literate (ability to use Microsoft Office Package).
Ø Must be a Lady and stays in Lagos, between the ages of 20- 28 years.

Responsibilities:
Ø To be in charge of the front desk/reception.
Ø Answer internal/external phone calls and act on information accordingly.
Ø Develop and manage good relationship between customers and visitors.
Ø Data management activities.
Ø Direct customers and visitors appropriately.
Ø Receives mails, dispatch mails and keeps records of all in-coming correspondences etc.
