Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Abuja

Reporting to: MD/CEO
Status: Senior Management Staff


Responsibilities:
Direct the company's overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications.
Facilitate client growth through marketing and client services programs.
Design, implement and facilitate the annual marketing plan for Studio 24 (all branches). Support and facilitate the development and implementation of divisional marketing plans within the company.
Coordinate and oversee business development activities including:
Direct the activities of all segment heads within the business development unit.
Setting individual targets for B.D.O's depending on experience, location and other market factors.
Ensure prompt and effective delivery of all out-door services.
Work with regional offices on client prospecting and contact systems.
Offer coaching for prospective client meetings, presentations, sales pitching e.t.c.
Supervise the writing of business proposals and participate in planning and presentation phases as required.
Plan and administer S24's[1] marketing budget including regional branches.
Organize and implement client relation activities including:
Customer satisfaction surveys.
Special events for valued customers.
Design a contact system for existing clients that enables effective pre and post service delivery follow up.
Associated activities.
Oversee the activities of the brand manager including:
Corporate communication activities.
External communications and systems.
Internal communications and systems.
Public relation efforts.
Develop and administer a comprehensive database which includes the relevant information of existing and prospective customers.
Evaluate customer research data, competitor data and market conditions.
Design and plan quarterly marketing trainings and seminars for business development officers at local and regional levels, including designing suitable marketing training for other company divisions.
Assist the Human Resource division in making staffing and hiring decisions within the marketing department.


Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of a degree in Marketing or related field
The individual must have a successful track-record in marketing and/or business development of at least 7-10 years.
Could have gained same experience in any field but preference will be given to candidates who have experience in media/arts/photography/branding and/or digital imaging.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate considerable experience in leading a team
Must be self driven, motivated and have a track record of delivering results.

Internal Relationships:
The marketing manager is expected to work closely with the Business development and Marketing teams, Operations Manager, and Brand Manager.
