KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Identify business opportunities

· Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions

· Maintain relationships with clients

· Maintain professional knowledge of company procedures and products

· Contribute to team effort by meeting targets and attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues

· Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call and presentation reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses

· Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements

· Projection of a positive organizational image to clients and the public at large



KEY REQUIREMENTS

· A graduate of a reputable university with a minimum of a Second Class Lower Division in Business Administration or any related discipline

· Applicant should possess a minimum of 3 years working experience in Sales

· Applicant should not be more than 30 years of age (preferably female)

· Applicant must have a vast cognitive experience in the cosmetic industry, knowledge of fragrances is an added advantage

· Experience in marketing

· Excellent Communication skills

· Ability to remain focus in the face of challenges

· Applicant must be passionate about our products (which are European standard)

· Must possess persuasive skills

· Applicant must be quality driven

· Applicant must be Innovative

· Must have good relationship management

· A confident and determined approach

· A high degree of self-motivation and drive

· Business and entrepreneurial spirit

· Results and performance oriented
