The marketing analyst would be responsible for providing information and insight about customers, markets, competitors and campaign effectiveness to measure performance and support business decisions. Must have experience planning and managing research projects and be able to work closely with senior management to interpret findings

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following
• Provision of ROI analysis of all marketing campaigns and sales activities
• Design research projects that answer specific business questions
• Identify new market opportunities
• Conduct market research to analyse competitors, evaluate market penetration and understand customer needs
• Develop focus groups and surveys to capture market research data
• Manage market segmentation, targeting and positioning exercises as needed
• Perform a periodic customer satisfaction survey and compile results report
• Complete competitive analysis to maintain the Company’s competitive advantage
• Conduct industry analysis; including social, technological, economic and political
• Integrate market research data with our CRM system to create new leads

Qualifications :
Must have a first degree from a reputable university
• 1-2 years marketing experience
• Prior HR experience and/or marketing of HR programmes is an advantage
• Must be internet savvy with strong computer proficiency
• Must have strong interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be a self starter, self motivated, with a strong sense of drive and ability to work under pressure
