Job Description:


Experience
• Minimum 20 years experience of Operations/Manufacturing/Sales & Marketing functions with reputed organization(s) in Food/FMCG sector.
• Experience of developing sales strategies, new markets, distribution network, setting up new outlets.
• P& L responsibility

Scope of Job

• Overall accountability of managing all the functions of Company Business including Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance & Commercials, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Man Management, Administration, etc with an objective of expending the Business.
• Requires minimal supervision.
• Includes lead supervisory and managerial roles including new initiatives and strategies. Job Specific • Managing overall functions of the Company with primary responsibility of business growth and includes providing leadership to all functions of the Business including Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance & Commercials, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, Man Management, Administration, etc.
• Exploring Business Development opportunities and making strategies to secure business growth thru increasing products sales, market expansion both in terms of geography and volume, expanding products range, etc.
• Ensuring Planning and executing new initiatives and strategies for expanding products market and growth and enhancing distribution width and depth.
• Making strategy and its implementation to increase the profitability of the Company business.
• Management of trading activities including liaising with vendors, commercials & sales and
Strengthening existing dealer and distribution network and its augmentation.
• Proactive and innovative working towards process improvements, cost control, new potential ventures, etc.
• Driving the pricing structure basis market inputs, including analyzing market intelligence on competition, trade, customer expectations, product features, etc and making the strategy.
• Launching new products and developing new sales opportunities.
• Strategizing and continuous working towards brand building.
• Monitoring region-wise and product-wise sales, analyzing results and making strategies.
• Building a competent, cost effective, and efficient and result oriented organization.
• Decision making on commercial activities pertaining to pricing, credit policy, etc and its controlling.
• Deciding on strategic partnerships, associations, JVs, etc with other business houses and organizations and its effective execution.
• Keeping track of global trends of products in terms of demands, new products, pricing, etc.
• Handling all administrative activities of the Company.
• Budgeting and goals/targets setting along with full P & L responsibility.
• Implementation and maintenance of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies with specific focus on growth, cost reduction and process improvements.
• Any other job which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
