Managing Director/Chief Executive Officerin a firm in Lagos Full-timeIndustry ConsultingSpecialization Administration & Office Support, Executive / Top Management,Minimum Qualification MBA / MScRequired Experience 10 - 15 yearsSalary Range ₦6,000,000.00 to ₦6,000,000.00 per annumApplication Deadline 2012-07-17 Our Client, a dynamic and upward mobile Conglomerate covering finance, oil and gas, real estate, event management, financial education, Publishing, Knowledge Management, business process redesign, gold, marketing, stocks etc. is currently recruiting dynamic industry leaders to fill this positionResponsibilities:Responsibility for the management of the company.Coordination of overall activities of the company through key strategic officers.Implementation of the vision of the board members.Ensure adequate returns on investment of shareholders.Drive the company to profitability and ensure succession through mentoring.Ensure clear communication and reporting lines.Ensure policies that would motivate the entire work force to achieve corporate objectives.Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy.Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence.Recruit, select and develop executive team members.Direct functions and performance via the executive team.Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.Report to shareholders/parent board on organizational plans and performance.Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful and ethical standards. Ensure revenue growth as well as growth in profit margin.Ensure self-sustainability of the company.Ensure adequate returns of shareholders’ funds.Ensure that the company has going concern.Ensure that the company keeps afloat of competition.Ensure that modern technologies are employed in driving the company’s operations.Qualifications and Requirements:Age is between 35 – 40 years.A good Masters’ degree in Business Administration/Management science10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.Remuneration:Starting N500,000 Per month + Car + comprehensive medical care + comprehensive Insurance + Housing and other fringe benefits.
