A Reputable Firm in Ibadan, requires the services of an experienced and qualified individual to fill this role.

Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the management of the company.
Coordination of overall activities of the company through key strategic officers.
Implementation of the vision of the board members.
Ensure adequate returns on investment of shareholders.
Drive the company to profitability and ensure succession through mentoring.
Ensure clear communication and reporting lines.
Ensure policies that would motivate the entire work force to achieve corporate objectives
Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy.
Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence.
Recruit, select and develop executive team members.
Direct functions and performance via the executive team.
Maintain and develop organisational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.
Report to shareholders/parent board on organisational plans and performance.
Execute the responsibilities of a company director according to lawful and ethical standards.
Ensure revenue growth as well as growth in profit margin.
Ensure self sustainability of the company.
Ensure adequate returns of shareholders funds.
Ensure that the company have going concern.
Ensure that the company keeps afloat of competition.
Ensure that modern technologies are employed in driving the company’s operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Age is between 45 – 50 years.
A good first degree in social/management science, MBA is a must, and Cable metal experience provides an outstanding advantage.
15 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
