i just learnt that the national planning minister recently approved the establishment of the M&E department on the 21st of february 2011(that's roughly week or so) and
no director has being appointed yet.
this explains the silence/delay.the department cannot take off yet without
a head.lets just pray and exercise patience.it's well

Heard consultants are on hand for the interview of d directors nd @ such letters would be despatched as soon as that recruitment is done.. Lacolala has a better update. Maybe he shld just share wiv d house...

The commission is currently recruiting Directors for M&E department. The consultants were in the commission yesterday and have started. It was also heard that we and the Directors will be sent to training at the same time.
This is what is adjusting the date forward but letters will be despatched as soon as that recruitment is done.
We should keep on exercising patience the same way we have been.
