Job Title: Network Operations Centre (NOC) Technician

Job Description


  • The NOC is the 1st level of support monitoring the system network and escalates technical issues to the appropriate team for resolution.


Roles and Responsibilities



  • Timely escalation and proper follow-up on network activities.
  • Efficient Reporting.
  • Respond to request for technical support in person via phone and electronically.
  • Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention.
  • Tracking daily outages.
  • Follow up VSWR, NHC, and QOS as escalated.
  • Relationship management with Client.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Experience



  • Minimum Diploma in related discipline preferred.
  • Previous NOC/SOC/IOC experience and/or data centre experience in Telecom preferred.
  • Excellent communicator and ability to communicate technical issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of site maintenance issues an advantage.
