Job Title: Network Operations Centre (NOC) Technician

Job Location: Any City, NG
Job Description
- The NOC is the 1st level of support monitoring the system network and escalates technical issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Timely escalation and proper follow-up on network activities.
- Efficient Reporting.
- Respond to request for technical support in person via phone and electronically.
- Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention.
- Tracking daily outages.
- Follow up VSWR, NHC, and QOS as escalated.
- Relationship management with Client.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Diploma in related discipline preferred.
- Previous NOC/SOC/IOC experience and/or data centre experience in Telecom preferred.
- Excellent communicator and ability to communicate technical issues promptly.
- Knowledge of site maintenance issues an advantage.
