Training Officer

Job Description
To be responsible for the following:

• Staff training: In-house and out-door trainings
• Liaise with training consultants including ITF
• Follow-up on approvals and reimbursements from ITF
• Daily staff attendance monitoring and analysis
• Registration of staff on biometric device
• Management of official telephone lines
• Monthly analysis of telephone bills and invoices
• Allocation of phones and SIMs to staff
• Production of ID cards and complimentary cards for staff
• Maintenance of staff files and records
• Inventory management (stationery)
• Assist on performance appraisal/management
• Developing training calendar and budget annually
• Evaluate training effectiveness
• Identify and assess training needs within the organization.

Requirements

• B.Sc in HRM/IRPM/ILR,relevant professional qualifications CIPMN, SHRM, CIPD will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of two year relevant experience as an HR officer or executive.
