Job Title: General Manager (Hotel)
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customers are provided with outstanding service
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Promoting and Marketing the Hotel
- Good communication skills
- Energetic and dynamic
- Work with little or no supervision
- Setting and achieving sales and profit targets
- Analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies
- Dealing with customer complaints and comments
- Must be able to control operational cost and generate sales and cost reports
- Ensuring good communication between day and night staff by accurately reporting on each shift in accordance with requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in Hospitality Management or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Hotel management
- Must have flare for marketing.
- Must be able to drive the work force and experience in hotel management.
