Job Title: General Manager (Hotel)

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customers are provided with outstanding service
  • Recruiting, training and supervising staff
  • Promoting and Marketing the Hotel
  • Good communication skills
  • Energetic and dynamic
  • Work with little or no supervision
  • Setting and achieving sales and profit targets
  • Analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies
  • Dealing with customer complaints and comments
  • Must be able to control operational cost and generate sales and cost reports
  • Ensuring good communication between day and night staff by accurately reporting on each shift in accordance with requirements


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Hotel management
  • Must have flare for marketing.
  • Must be able to drive the work force and experience in hotel management.
