Their questions are Gmat format & later essay writing. However, only those that scale thru the 1st stage will proceed 2 write the essay. The essay questions are typically : if u were d president of nigeria how would u curb corruption or where u want to be in the next 10 yrs. The essay writing is not really important; it's just to test ur writing skills. What's really matters is to pass the 1st stage 'cos out of like say 40 pple that would be invited, only like 8-10 pple will scale through
