I think the best thing for you to o is first determine where your career will be impacted the most positively. Both coys are top notch places and I have people in both places.
But in terms of packages, that of GTB surpasses that of KPMG that is for take home pay but you get free lunch and a lot of travelling with KPMG (if you are into that kind of thing).
GTB training school period earns you around 50k for those 3 months before you start collecting the Gbemu that will keep you late at work.
all in all, just consider all the pros and cons and let God guide you.all the best
Questions like these amaze me...
In my Opinion KPMG is somehow a better option; depending on what career path u want anyways.
Banking being very time consuming and leaves little or no time for externally professional development; KPMG on d other hand being a consultancy firm..Auditing, outsourcing..etc makes u have a wider option, more time to develop ur self and has a strong impact on ur CV and work experience; when u think of it, most of these companies employ the services of KPMG et al to recruit for them. so starting off with them gives u a wider range of company options shld u want to move.
Plus the money might not be as much as the GTB but its sure very good.
Let God be your ultimate guide...Pray and He'll surely direct u to the right path.....Wish u well cheers
A year experience in KPMG is more that a year in GTBank...but depends on your career path.
Anyday you started being a banker, that would be the day you will start being a suspect and you'll never know that you are 'nobody' untill you are 'fired' and 'wired out' from the sector because of another person's fraud. Success.
BOY DONT BE FOOLED KPMG IS FAR BETTER
If u only believe then u can be what u desire.
follow your heart
wen pple ask dis kind of questions, i wonda.
for everybody that has contributed i say a big thank u to u all
I have a brother working in KPMG and I can tell u with all honesty that KPMG is a place u can develop your self rapidly and still earn good cash and after like five years GTB would come lookin for u to make u an assistant manager
