Hello house, got a text from KPMG that i was successful in the last test conducted at Unilag on Saturday, 18th June 2011..did anyone get similar..and ideas on what to expect at the second stage...Coz the lady that addressed us said we wld av like 4 stages of Interview.

According to their advert..They said the new intakes might be among the September batches..Moreso the lady that addressed us during the test said every thing would be happening fast..Na dem knw sha..

Yes..I was at their office at Ikoyi this last Friday for the group assessment exercise..and was told we will be contacted dis week if we are successful in the group assessment...for the next stage...

@kpogree: You can check your yahoo inbox for my number..I guess the calling for the group assesment is in batches..jst make sure your phone is always on..coz..they will call you to confirm if you will be available before you will be sent an invite mail...

First things first, As for as I know, KPMG is looking at filling in vacancies for the Sptember batch. So you just might want to ignore the kind fellow who wrote something about it taking 12 months. What you need to know is that vacancies in a place like audit, financial advisory, or cor tax is very high. So if you are lucky enuff to have chosen units in these fields, you are most likely to get in in September. Some other units are simply subject to availability and so the waiting period might just be longer. The very best in the recruitment process.

I was at their office for the interviews...here are the questions i could remember...
1. Convince me why you want to go into tax
2.Questions about how you lead a team, stating examples
3.About your interpersonal relationship, example where you initiated relationship and ow you did it
4.talking about what services KPMG offers
5.What current issue is affecting the bussiness world in Nigeria?
6. What do you know about tax? and what have your read about it recently....
And some other questions i cant remember.....
I hope this helps for those yet to go for their interview after the group exercise...
