Qualification and Experience


  1. Must have a first Degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Hydrology Engineering or any other related discipline, Higher Degrees will be of added advantage.
  2. Must be of exemplary character, integrity driven, honest and show evidence of adequate accountability in their previous appointments.
