John Holt Plc is recruiting to fill the following position:
Positions: Customer Care Officer
Location:
Lagos
Basic Duties

  • Any other duties as assigned by the CMS
  • Timely submission of invoices/job cards to customers, based on ledger card entries and follow up for payments
  • Regular reconciliation of customers account and ensure that debts are not accumulated
  • Report complaints promptly to CMS/Technical team for proper management
  • Generate monthly report for customer service manager
  • Know details of customers account


  • To maintain good relationship with customers
  • Act as interface between customers and the company
  • Reconciliation of customer statement of account with SUN system
  • Monitor WIP to ensure that all job cards are closed as at when due
  • .Generate new customers
  • Monitor and pick up WHT certificates from customers


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • BSC/HND in related disciplines
  • A good knowledge of accounting is required
  • A minimum of three years working experience in customer care is required.
