Job Description

• As a Store Manager, you’ll need to have shown how strong your customer service skills are in a previous role. Even if you haven’t worked in the Beauty store before, you’ll be quick to learn. You’ll also understand how to tailor your advice to people’s needs, making sure everyone who walks in the door goes away with the product or that suits them down to the ground. As a manager, you’ll also need to be able to share this knowledge with your team. (You’ve already developed these skills in a mentoring or management role.) Your enthusiasm’s infectious.
• As a Store Manager, you will perform the key role in store by maximizing store contribution and proactively driving sales, reduce stock loss and manage controllable costs.
• To motivate and develop team members and ensure store complies with all company regulations and procedures;
• Good looking
• A TEAM player and work with little or no supervision
• Good communication skills
• Maximize sales and ensure customer focus is prioritized at all times.
• Manage a team including; in store training, motivation, coaching, development, disciplinary and performance appraisals.
• Implement and review all stock loss prevention controls.
• The ability to implement processes specific to store product/size/location
• Implement store layout, visual merchandising, stock and fixture positioning according to brand guidelines.
• Manage stock, product launches and promotions.
• Work to tight deadlines.
